IDO World Hip Hop Battle & Break Dance Championships 2019 Bremerhaven, Germany.

(15th October to 19th October 2019)

We have had some excellent results at the above Championships. Here’s a little background knowledge of the format and teams entering.

Here at The Grove we have TABOO DANCE COMPANY that was

formed in 2004 by Choreographer Kirsten Wheeler.

Currently Taboo has 35 members, aged between 7 and 21 years who train and take part in classes held at the Grove Dance Centre each week. The individual teams that make up Taboo Dance Company are Elysium,

Remix and our youngest competing team Anarchy.

We attended the worlds with 2 sets of dancers (the older are 14 - 21 years old) and the younger (aged between 7 to 10 years old).

Now the results;
